When Serene Hotels approached us, they had a clear vision: transform their newly renovated Nairobi property into a cohesive, premium brand experience from lobby to rooftop.

The Challenge: 4 floors, 80+ rooms, a restaurant, conference facilities, and a rooftop bar — all needing consistent signage, wayfinding, and decorative elements that reinforced the 'Serene' brand identity.

Reception Logo: We CNC-routed their wordmark from 10mm clear acrylic with brushed stainless steel standoff mounts. An LED backlight module creates a soft halo glow against the dark feature wall.

Acoustic Panels: The open-plan restaurant had terrible acoustics. We designed geometric CNC-routed MDF panels with professional acoustic backing (NRC 0.7+) that doubled as decorative wall features.

Wayfinding: 120 brushed aluminum door plates with fiber laser-engraved room numbers and pictograms. Each plate includes a QR code linking to the hotel's digital directory.

Window Graphics: Frosted vinyl films with die-cut logo patterns on all glass partitions — providing privacy while reinforcing the brand at every turn.

Result: Completed in 3 weeks from design approval to final installation. The hotel's GM reported a measurable increase in guest satisfaction scores related to 'ambiance and wayfinding.'
