How to order
Explore the catalog, choose your options and add products to My quote. Review the quantities, describe your project and continue to WhatsApp or email. You can also request a bespoke item without choosing a catalog product.
We review the specification, artwork and deadline with you. Your quote confirms what is included and any production, design, delivery or installation charges. Production begins after the agreed approval and payment steps.

- Use the correct size. Tell us the intended finished dimensions. Keep important text away from trim edges and ask us to confirm bleed for the product.
- Send original files. A print-ready PDF is preferred. For logos and cut shapes, vector artwork helps preserve clean edges at any size.
- Keep images sharp. Send the original high-resolution photograph rather than a screenshot or an image forwarded several times.
- Check the content. Confirm spelling, phone numbers, dates and any individual names before approving the artwork.
- Explain the finish. Mark any areas needing cutting, engraving, embossing or selective finishes separately.
If you need help with design or file preparation, include it in the quote request. Files selected on a product page are saved on this device. Attach the actual files in WhatsApp or email when sending the request, or use device sharing from your quote.
Delivery & installation
Include your town, delivery address and preferred date in the brief. We confirm available delivery arrangements and costs for your order. Collection can be discussed with our Kilimani team.
For signage, share clear photographs and dimensions of the proposed location. Tell us about access, height, mounting surfaces and any power requirements. Installation scope and costs are confirmed after review.
A requested date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Ask us to confirm production and delivery timing before planning an installation or event.
Understand your price
Catalog prices marked “From” apply to a base specification. Size, quantity, materials, colour, finishing, personalisation and artwork services may change the final cost. Where print-run tables appear, the amount is for that listed run.
Products shown as “Request a quote” are priced from your brief. This website does not collect payment for quote requests. Payment details and terms are provided with your approved order.

How do I get an accurate quote?
Choose your products and add the quantity, dimensions and any finishing preferences. Include your deadline and delivery location. We’ll review the requirements and confirm a price before production.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. Share your logo, text and reference images, and tell us what you need help preparing. Design work and any artwork adjustments are scoped in your quote.
When will my order be ready?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, finishing and artwork approval. Tell us your deadline before ordering so we can confirm a realistic production schedule.
Can you arrange delivery or installation?
Include your delivery location or installation address with your enquiry. We’ll confirm the available arrangements and any separate charges in your quote.
Are the displayed prices the final total?
Prices marked “From” are starting prices. Quantities, size, material, personalisation and finishing can change the total. Your confirmed quote sets out the specification and full cost.
Your quote and personal information
Your product quote list is saved in this browser so you can return to it. You can remove products or clear the list on the quote page. Artwork files stay on this device until you remove them from the product page or clear this site’s browser data. They are not automatically uploaded to a server. Your name and contact fields stay in the current page state until you leave or refresh it.
When you continue to WhatsApp or email, the details you entered are included in a message draft in that service. You decide whether to send the message. Those services handle the message under their own privacy terms.
