What this process can do
Our industrial CNC router is the backbone of Altimax's fabrication capabilities. This computer-controlled cutting system transforms flat sheets of MDF, PVC foam board, acrylic (Perspex), and hardwood into intricate 3D shapes, letters, patterns, and architectural elements.
The CNC router handles sheet sizes up to 4×8 feet (1220mm × 2440mm), making it ideal for large-scale wall partitions, reception backdrops, and oversized signage letters.
For 3D signage, we route individual letters from 10mm–50mm thick acrylic or MDF, then finish with automotive-grade spray paint or vinyl wrapping.
Beyond signage, our CNC capabilities extend to decorative wall panels, acoustic panels, custom furniture components, display risers, and event props.
Applications
3D Reception Logos
Dimensional acrylic or MDF logos for office lobbies, typically 60cm–120cm wide with painted or metallic finishes.
Decorative Wall Partitions
