What this process can do
Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints your design in full color onto PET film, then heat-presses onto fabric. Works on cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends.
Our DTF system uses CMYK + White ink channels followed by automated powder application and curing for ready-to-press transfers.
Print quality is photographic — gradients, shadows, and fine text reproduce with stunning clarity on any color garment.
DTF prints withstand industrial washing (60°C) and tumble drying without cracking or fading — tested to 100+ wash cycles.
