What this process can do
Our multi-head embroidery machines stitch your logo directly into fabric using durable polyester threads — creating a raised, textured finish that communicates quality and permanence.
Our multi-head machines run 6–12 garments simultaneously with up to 15 thread colors per design and automatic color changing.
We offer Flat Embroidery, 3D Puff Embroidery for raised effects, and Appliqué for large-area designs.
Thread colors are matched from the Madeira or Robison-Anton color charts with 400+ colors using PMS/Pantone references.
